HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED IMPOSTER SYNDROME? I spoke to a friend yesterday (one of my many peer mentors), and as I was hemming and hawing about the pros and cons of pursuing some opportunity, he stopped me and exclaimed "What is up with you and the imposter syndrome?! You're awesome and a great leader and you can do anything! I don't get it."

Have you wanted to level up in your career at the U but your day-to-day work is taking all your time and energy?

I honestly can’t remember where I first heard this tip, but one of the best and simplest things I’ve ever done at work –to keep morale up, to ensure I maintain awareness of my strengths, and to prepare for development conversations with my supervisor–is to create a “Happy” folder in Outlook.
