On January 25th, the David Eccles School of Business hosted a Women’s Workshop titled Being Assertive: Speaking Up and Being Heard on a Team. As an introverted person that does not perceive themselves as particularly assertive, I attended hoping to learn a few pieces of useful information that would help me grow as a professional.
